Most Brooklyn College events are in the Student Center (SUBO) unless noted.
The Brooklyn College Puerto Rican Alliance is collecting clothes, water, canned non-perishables, electronics and other domestic materials to support our fellow American citizens in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean who have been ravaged by Hurricane Maria. Drop them off at WEB 149.

Tuesday, Oct. 3: DOCA, 12:30-2 pm, Library Auditorium for a workshop on immigration resources available at CUNY to assist DACA students and green card holders achieve citizenship. Speakers include Jasinta De La Cruz, an immigration lawyer with CUNY Citizenship Now, which provides free, confidential immigration law services to help those on the path to U.S. Citizenship, and Favio Ramirez-Caminatti, Executive Director, El Centro del Immigrante & Community Job’s Center. A talent audition to find Haitian students to represent Brooklyn College’s HASA at John Jay College. Vegan Presentation, 12:30-2 pm, 407 Aviary. Wednesday Oct 4: The Putnam Club meets every Wednesday from 4:30-5:30pm in Old Ingersoll 1146 and try to work through Putnam Problems (math).
