Off-Campus: Thursday: The Great Dumbo Drop, 5-8 pm. This block party on Washington Street in Dumbo, it claims is Brooklyn’s most-photographed block, it will feature thousands of toy elephants parachuting from the rooftops onto the street. You can sponsor and elephant for $20, and if your pachyderm lands closest to a target, you win a $500 shopping spree. All proceeds go to Dumbo’s public schools.
