All events are in Brooklyn unless noted and most are free. Most Brooklyn College events are in the Student Center (SUBO) unless noted. Almost all club events are open to all BC students in their area such as CLAS, SGS, GSO as designated on their ID. For example, an ethnic named club or club with associated with a major anyone can attend.

Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) participants dress in black attire and silently walk across and stand around campus with ‘Never Forget’ signs attached to their shirts. They will be meeting by the Hillel at the beginning of common hours. They will give out the signs and hand outs and split off into different locations on campus. Once there, they will stand or walk silently, handing out information cards to passing students. If it rains call Hillel (718) 859-1151. Pre-Law Club, An Afternoon with Legal Experts, 12:15-2:15 pm, State Lounge (5th floor), Student Center. Several legal experts will talk about their respective fields of law. Afterwards, attendees will be able to ask the speakers any questions that they may have. RSVP. Sustainability Fair 2017, 12-2 pm, West Quad, Geology Society. The event will have three components: a tabling period (12-2 pm) where environmental organizations will come to campus and speak to students about their organizations and opportunities to get involved. A Ted talk style conference (12-4) that will be held concurrently with the tabling period. Speakers will be from the organizations who come to table, other environmental community leaders, professors, and finish with a student panel (NYPIRG spring interns). A movie screening, Before the Flood. Lily Pond Concert, 12:30-2 pm. Sociology Club Career/Grad School Panel, 12:30-2 pm, Gold Room. Beauty and the Geek, 3-6 pm, Lily Pond sponsored bu the Year Book. PIMA Afternoon of solidarity, 5-6 pm, West Quad. Relay for Life Game Night, 5:30-7:30 pm, Amersfort Lounge. Let’s talk about slut shaming, 6-9:30 pm, Jefferson-Williams Room, SIA. Wednesday, Apr 26: Brooklyn College Student Screenwriting Collective (SSC), 12:15-3:15 pm, WEB Building, 2nd Floor, Room 228.
