Young Frankenstein the movie event, probably it is a lecture after the movie with Mel Brooks, prices start at $49. New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark, NJ, Sun, May 21, 3 pm.

Saturday, March 25: Young Women Of Flatbush Panel Discussion, 11:30 am. Camba Beacon, 1957 Nostrand Ave. between Foster Avenue and Farragut Road. 64 Comedians for a Cause, BackFat Variety, 7 pm, $10, presents a 64-comedian, bracket-style one-liner joke contest, and raises money for Planned Parenthood. The band the Tracys plays after the show at the Tender Trap, 66 Greenpoint Ave. between Franklin and West Streets.

Saturday and Sunday: NYBG’s Orchid Show, Bronx, students (with valid ID) $22.

Sunday, March 26: St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Bay Ridge, 9:30 am (mass), noon line up, 1 pm kick off. Grab a shillelagh, get ready to march, marching bands, at noon at Marine Avenue and Third Avenue. Marchers travel to the reviewing stand on 77th St. and Third Avenue and at the end of the parade raffles will be drawn. St. Patrick’s Church
