Tuesday: Lily Pond Concert: The F-Tones, 1-2 pm at the Lily Pond by the library, 5 string viola, guitar spin out fresh and velvety covers of pop tunes, standards, and original compositions. Global Gypsy: Balkan Romani Music, Appropriation and Representation, Carol Silverman as she discusses her work, 11 am- 12:15 pm, Woody Tanger Auditorium, BC Library. Composers’ Forum: Composers at the Piano, 12:30-1:30 pm, 206G, Roosevelt Extension. Student Chamber Music Recital: clarinetist, violinist and pianist program of modern masterworks by Bartok, Berg, and Ruders, 7:30-9 pm, Studio 312, Roosevelt Extension. Child Abuse Prevention at the Whitehead Breezeway 12:15 -2:15 pm.

Wednesday: Afro-Caribbean Music and Global Jazz discussion, 2:15 PM, Woody Tanger Auditorium, BC Library. Percussion Ensemble, 7- 8:30 pm, Whitman Theater, $5, dynamic international works from the 20th- and 21st-century canon along with new and jazz-influenced pieces. Trivia answer: Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
