The BC Metropolitan Food Service or Boylan cafeteria was closed for health violations a few weeks ago, see last week’s Kingsman and Excelsior Newspapers. It was the third time it failed leading to the shutdown and mice and roaches were seen. Trivia: Chewing gum was invented in New York City in 1870 by Thomas Adams.

Fall 2016 enrollment (registration) begins for undergraduate students. ENROLLMENT TIPS: CUNYfirst does not support Google Chrome. Therefore, please use Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.  Confirm the browser is set to allow pop-ups from the CUNYfirst site. Adding a class to your shopping cart does not hold an open seat.  To complete the registration for each class as you select it, click “Enroll” after adding each class to your shopping cart. Repeat as necessary until you have completed your registration. For information and FAQs on CUNYfirst, log into the BC WebCentral Portal, select CUNYfirst from the left-hand navigational menu, and then select desired topic from the drop down-menu.
