Sunday: clocks move one hour ahead for Daylight Savings Time. The Golden Dragon Acrobats at BC with award-winning acrobatics, traditional dance, spectacular costumes, and both ancient and contemporary music, 3 pm, $12–$25. Theatre Sports as 2 teams of professional improvisers will go head-to-head in a free-wheeling challenge match of collaborative spontaneous theatre – with kids of all ages invited to the stage and the audience choses who wins, noon, $10 per child, accompanying parents free, Gallery Players, 199 14th St. between Fourth and Fifth Avenues. The Orchid Show: Orchidelirium Friday to Sunday at New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, 10 am–6 pm. Learn how to grow indoor veggies, 1–3 pm, Queens Botanical Garden, 43-50 Main Street, Queens. Hot dark matter, a multi-sensory experience – a dreamlike atmosphere in which dancers and other “beings” are seen as apparitions, while the audience’s sense of smell and touch are activated, Saturdays and Sundays until Sunday, March 13, $15, at Jack, 505 Waverly Ave. between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue.

Past the weekend: Asia Week March 10–19, Asian art and culture, the Brooklyn Museum, the Noguchi Museum, the Museum of Chinese in America and the Rubin Museum of Art. Open houses throughout the week.
