International Tea Time, 12:30-2:30 pm, Library, Room 242, join ISS for games, cookies, tea, and conversation with students from around the world. Thursday: more events will be posted in a day or 2. Tuition Rally with thousands nationwide at 12:15 pm on the sidewalk outside the West Quad gates on Bedford Avenue to demand: an end to the privatization of education, tuition-free education, cancellation of all student debt, 15$ minimum wage for campus workers, an end to racial and economic segregation in education, transparency in administration, more aggressive tactics in addressing sexual assault and harassment on campus, CUNY divestments from private prisons, and prison labor, an end to the militarization of education and the school to prison pipeline, an end to police surveillance on campus. At 5pm NYC-wide demonstration at Hunter College.
