BC, KCC events, start commencing with out a ticket

BC: The Library Café is closed today and Tuesday. Check if the WEB and Library are open. To commencement attendees it will be hard to meet when it is over. Pick a place not as crowded like the Lily Pond entrance or by behind the podium where many will take photos. The 3 building entrances around the Quad will be crowded. If you do not have a commencement ticket see if another student has one especially international students have extra. You can see and probably hear it from the gate or the West Quad. At 10:30 am the gate opens and you can see students that hang around for hours. This may be the last time you see some and some graduation you didn’t know about and would be looking for next semester. Some departments have parties in SUBO or in their building for grads. The speaker is an alumni and a judge. The campus is closed all buildings around the Quad unless with tickets. You can probably hear the speech from the lobby monitors of the theater, SUBO, James, West Quad or Roosevelt or online at Brooklyn.cuny.edu and possibly the WEB computer room is open. There will probably be TV crews. If there are extra programs, usually on the seats you will see which of your friends graduated.graduates you can buy the yearbook and a video of the ceremony.
