Paul Mazursky Film Festival at Woody Tanger Auditorium, Brooklyn College Library, Free film festival in honor of writer, director, actor, and five time Oscar nominee Paul Mazursky ’51. The movie is Harry and Tonto, a drama about an aging widower determined to search for a better life.

Friday: Brooklyn College AMSA Public Health Conference Student Center (6th & 7th floor) 9 am-3:30 pm. This year the Brooklyn College chapter of the American Medical Student Association will be hosting its second annual AMSA Public Health Conference. Prominent speakers will present on a number of health topics from the fields of medicine and public health. The conference, themed “Think Global, Act Local”. Renowned speakers will give talks on: Public Health, HIV/AIDS, Jail and Prison Health, Health Disparities, Student Activism in Medicine on the 6th/7th floor (Maroon Room, Gold Room and Penthouse).Breakfast and lunch will be served.
